ABSTRACT
A growth media has been developed which will not inhibit the antibacterial activity of the prostatic antibacterial factor. The use of spermine-resistant organisms and spermine assay procedures have clearly excluded spermine as being the active antibacterial agent in canine prostatic fluid.
