Location of Vibrio fetus var. venerealis Within the Endometrium of the Cow

ABSTRACT

Vibrio fetus was located by immunofluorescence within the endometrial epithelium of experimentally infected heifers. Bacterium-like structures were also located by electron microscopy within endometrial epithelial cells.
