Immunochemical Identification of a Defined Antigen of Mycobacterium leprae

ABSTRACT

An extract from purified Mycobacterium leprae precipitated with sera from patients with tuberculosis, mycetoma, and leprosy and gave a band of identity with polysaccharide I from Nocardia and Mycobacteria.
