Methylprednisolone Protection Against Endotoxin in Lead-Sensitized Mice

ABSTRACT

Lead-sensitized BALB/c male mice are protected against Escherichia coli endotoxin by the intraperitoneal administration of 6{alpha}-methylprednisolone. This protection is dependent on time of administration of the methylprednisolone.
