Fluorescence emission (corrected for background) is plotted on the y axis and cycle number is on the x axis. Plots A1 to A8 and B1 to B8 correspond to the uninfected, 0 min, 10 min, 30 min, 1 h, 4 h, 12 h, and 24 h postinfection time points for the respective target genes; note that the later time points are represented by decreased color intensity. Plots A9 and B9 are no template controls (NTC).”
