All Rights Reserved.): Confocal image of human epithelial cells (stained with tetramethyl rhodamine isothiocyanate-phalloidin [red]) infected with Porphyromonas gingivalis (stained with fluorescein isothiocyanate [green]). The image was analyzed by using Imaris version 5.0.1 software. A Z-stack of the x-y sections was converted to composite images with the iso surface and spot detection functions of the surpass option.
