  • a Human PBMCs at 2 × 106 cells/ml were incubated with HBa (108organisms/ml), with LPS-Ba (3.0 or 0.3 μg/ml), or with a mixture of PMA at 10 ng/ml and PHA at 1 μg/ml for 24 h.
